A welcome soft reboot to a higly anticipated 7th sequel. Highly reccommended. People are complaining how it takes around 8-12 hours to complete a first time playthrough. Heres a suggestion play Madhouse difficulty that should ramp it up an extra couple of hours for a first time playthrough. RE1-CV (Pre RE4) were all around under 10 hours first time playthrough.

Resident Evil 7. I’ll be honest, I did not expect to like Resident Evil 7. I was prepared to put it aside quickly. I dislike horror in general, I just am not a fan of the genre, I abhor Amnesia, which is just an absolutely terrifying game. I somehow beat Resident Evil 7 and had a great time with it.
