What Remains of Edith Finch
Description
What Remains of Edith Finch is a 2017 adventure game developed by Giant Sparrow and published by Annapurna Interactive. The game centers on the character of Edith, a member of the Finch family, afflicted by a perceived curse that causes all but one member of each generation to die in unusual ways. Edith returns to her family's home off the coast of the state of Washington. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2017, and for Nintendo Switch in 2019.
Edith learns about her relatives and their deaths by visiting their bedrooms, sealed off and treated as shrines to their memory, with each death played out in a short gameplay sequence to the player. The game is presented as an anthology of these mini-experiences, wrapped in the dramatic retelling of the family's history and fate through Edith's narration.

The game is great with friends I love playing it with others right next to me. Other than that, I agree with some of the other reviews that this game could use some major improvements. They have relegated the extra power ups so that you only get them if you are in certain positions. So if you are in first you never get shells or invincibility stars or anything like that. So, holding onto the first position puts you at a disadvantage? I would think everyone behind you gunning for your spot was enough of a disadvantage.

I bought this game to have something to play with my family this winter vacation, I had already bought it before for wii u but wanted to see how much changed for this console, I must say that at least on TV it looks much better, it contains all the downloadable content of wiiu edition more a few tracks more, I have had hours of fun with my family and partner, if they have console switch the truth is that if I highly recommend this game. More controls to be able to play at least 4 people
